Paymaster Trust Services

Ground Up Trust provides global, confidential and secure Paymaster transaction management service. On behalf of our domestic and international clients, we are receiving large and small payments and disbursing them to beneficiaries according to precise instructions or specifications of the mandate and in accordance with all legal provisions.

PROCEDURE FOR ESTABLISHING PAYMASTER TRUSTEE SERVICES

Once you decide to proceed forward, you will need to complete the Paymaster Client Intake order form with payment instructions by requesting our Client Intake and Engagement form.

You will return the completed and executed Client Intake and Engagement Form along with a copy of your Passport or government issued photo driver license as a PDF attachment to an email at trustee@grounduptrust.com.

We will prepare and send to you our formal Paymaster Services Agreement for your review and signature, which must be returned to us as a PDF attachment to an email at trustee@grounduptrust.com along with payment of your setup fee.

When the one-time registration fee has been credited to our bank account to cover the costs for set up, due diligence and communication with all parties involved, we will execute the Paymaster Services Agreement on our part, and return a copy to you as a PDF attachment to your email or fax. Additionally, we will provide a source of funds form which will be used to inform us of who will be sending funds, and a destination of funds form to inform us of who is to receive a funds disbursement (Beneficiaries).

Lastly, we will deliver a copy of the Paymaster Services Agreement and identification documents to our bank and from this moment forward we will be ready to receive  funds on your behalf.

Following receipt of incoming wires and funds availability, and satisfaction of the trigger events in accordance with the underlying transactional documents, disbursements can be made on normal banking days within 24 hours and in many cases sooner.

NOTE: Please remember that the Paymaster Services Registration Fee will be credited back to you against our fee on the first completed transaction (the registration fee will be deducted from the Paymaster fee total on the first transaction).
